The Board of AIC announces that on 11 June 2007 it issued 450,000 common shares
following the receipt of notifications for the exercise of options from Mirabaud
Securities Limited and Nabarro Wells & Co. Limited. These shares were
immediately purchased in the market by a range of institutional and other
investors.

These options were granted pursuant to agreements entered into between AIC and
these advisers, as disclosed in the Company's Admission Document.

Application has been made for these common shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares in AIC, and
trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commence on 19 June 2007.

Including these shares, the total number of common shares in issue as of 19 June
2007 will be 42,740,115.

Following an analysis of the share register, and insofar as AIC is aware, the
Company announces the following notifiable changes to significant shareholders'
holdings:

The Company is incorporated in Nevada, USA, and is not subject to the DTR.
However, under the Company's bylaws, and as disclosed in the Admission Document,
each shareholder is required to report in writing its share holding to the
Registrars within five business days of first reaching or surpassing the three
per cent. threshold.
