Appointment of Chief Financial Office at Redox Biofuels Ltd

Applied Intellectual Capital ("AIC") (AIM: AINC) is pleased to announce the
appointment of Shaun O'Hara as Chief Financial Officer of RedOx Biofuels Ltd
("RedOx"), a wholly owned subsidiary.

Shaun O'Hara joins RedOx from Norwich City Football Club ("Club"), where he was
Director of Finance and Operations. He was with the Club since June 2000 and
played a pivotal role in the Club's vital securitaisation deal with AXA in 2003.

RedOx was set up as a separate entity by AIC to commercialise AIC's proprietary
metal mediated redox ("MMR") technology for use in the production of biofuels
from a variety of lingo-cellulosic feedstocks.

Shaun O'Hara will report to Chief Executive Officer, Kim Ogaard-Nielsen formerly
of Group Lotus plc and Richard Varjian, CTO.

Dr Stephen Clarke, Chairman of RedOx and CEO of AIC, commented:
